Refund Policy
Effective July 10, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for PropLnx, Inc. ("PropLnx," "we," "us"). It applies to all subscriptions to the PropLnx platform.
1. Subscriptions and Billing
PropLnx is offered as a recurring subscription. Your subscription fee is charged in advance, in U.S. dollars, at the start of each billing period using the payment method on file, and your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. This policy applies to every PropLnx subscription regardless of billing interval; the same rules govern monthly and annual plans alike. Fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes, which are collected where required by law. Payments for purchases made through our online checkout are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record for those purchases, and are also subject to Paddle's Refund Policy. Where PropLnx, Inc. sells to you directly, for example a custom or enterprise plan arranged with our team and paid by invoice, PropLnx, Inc. is the seller of record and this policy applies in the same way.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us at billing@proplnx.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: your subscription remains fully active until that date, you retain access for the time you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. Cancelling does not affect your refund rights: if a charge falls within the refund window described in Section 3, you may still request a refund of that charge.
3. Refunds
Every PropLnx subscription comes with a 14-day refund window, however you purchased. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full. To request a refund, contact us at billing@proplnx.com from the email address used at purchase; for purchases made through our online checkout, you can also request a refund directly from Paddle using the link in your receipt or at paddle.net. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within ten (10) business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Refund Abuse
A refund request may be declined only where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior. Refunds for purchases made through our online checkout are otherwise handled in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at billing@proplnx.com before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer. We respond within one business day and can usually resolve a billing issue faster than a formal dispute.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Effective" date above will be updated accordingly.
