Privacy Policy
Effective July 9, 2026
1. Introduction
PropLnx, Inc. ("PropLnx," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit the website located at proplnx.com (the "Site"). We collect minimal data and only with your consent.
2. Who We Are
The entity responsible for the Site is PropLnx, Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 2810 N Church St, STE 89972, Wilmington, DE 19802, USA. For any privacy question, contact us at privacy@proplnx.com.
3. Information We Collect
We collect personal information in one narrow case: if you choose to request early access or ask to be notified about a plan, we collect the name and email address you submit, an optional WhatsApp number if you choose to leave one, and the plan or feature you expressed interest in. Submitting that form is entirely voluntary, and the WhatsApp field can be skipped. Beyond this, the Site has no account registration and does not ask you to submit personal data.
If you accept cookies (see Section 9), we collect the following limited analytics data through Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel, and Metricool:
- Anonymized IP address (the last octet is masked by Google)
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages visited and navigation paths
- Session duration and engagement metrics
- Approximate region of origin (derived from the anonymized IP)
Cookies set by Google Analytics: _ga (persists for 2 years; distinguishes unique users) and _gid (persists for 24 hours; distinguishes unique sessions). Cookie set by the Meta Pixel: _fbp(persists for 90 days; distinguishes unique browsers). Metricool's tracker is cookieless: it receives the page address, referrer, and screen size, and sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
4. Legal Basis and Consent
We rely on your consent as the basis for any cookie use or analytics collection. No analytics or advertising data is collected until you grant consent in the cookie banner, and you can consent to analytics and advertising separately under "Edit preferences." You may change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookies" link in the Site footer.
5. How We Use Information
We use Google Analytics data solely in aggregate to understand traffic patterns and improve the Site. If you accept cookies, we also use Meta Pixel data to measure the performance of our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and to build advertising audiences, for example reaching people similar to visitors who requested access. We do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors, and we do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
If you submit an access or notification request, we use the contact details you provide solely to respond to it and to let you know about the availability of the access or plan you asked about. If you leave a WhatsApp number, we use it only to message you about that request. We do not use your contact details for marketing without your separate consent.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we never share the email address, name, or phone number you submit for advertising. We share anonymized analytics data with Google LLC, which acts as our service provider for Google Analytics and processes the data under Google's data processing terms, and with Metricool Software, S.L., which provides our web and social media analytics and processes the data under its own data processing terms. If you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel shares device, browser, and site activity signals with Meta Platforms, Inc. so that we can measure our advertising and build advertising audiences; Meta processes this data under its own terms. Under some state privacy laws this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can opt out at any time as described in Section 10. If you submit an access or notification request, your information is processed by a small number of service providers acting on our instructions: the providers that host our infrastructure and store form submissions, a bot-protection service that processes limited device and network signals to distinguish people from bots, and an email delivery service that processes your email address to send the confirmation and notification messages you asked for. Each acts as our service provider and may not use your information for its own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights. No other third parties receive your data.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Traffic to and from the Site is encrypted in transit, form submissions are stored on encrypted infrastructure, and access to stored information is limited to those who need it to operate the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
8. Data Retention
Google Analytics retains user-level and event-level data for 14 months by default. Meta retains pixel event data under its own retention schedule. Aggregated reports may be retained indefinitely. Cookie lifetimes: _ga: 2 years; _gid: 24 hours; _fbp: 90 days. Access-request emails are retained until we have sent the notification you asked for, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
9. Cookie Policy
The Site shows a consent banner on your first visit. Until you grant consent there, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and no analytics requests are made. You can accept everything, or use "Edit preferences" to allow analytics and advertising separately or decline both. The "Cookies" link in the Site footer reopens these choices at any time; withdrawing a category removes its cookies.
- _ga: Google Analytics; identifies unique users; expires after 2 years.
- _gid: Google Analytics; identifies unique sessions; expires after 24 hours.
- _fbp: Meta Pixel; identifies unique browsers for ad measurement; expires after 90 days.
- proplnx-cookie-consent: our own preference value stored in your browser's localStorage; records your Accept/Decline choice; cleared when you clear site data.
To disable cookies, use your browser settings to block or delete cookies for proplnx.com. Disabling cookies prevents analytics from running but does not affect your ability to use the Site.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- The right to know what personal information is collected
- The right to access a copy of your personal information
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information
- The right to delete your personal information
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information; to opt out of the Meta Pixel sharing described in Section 6, decline the Advertising category in the cookie banner or via the "Cookies" link in the footer)
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
- The right to withdraw consent to processing at any time
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), you have the rights described above. We do not sell personal information. If you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel data described in Section 6 may constitute "sharing" as defined under the CCPA/CPRA; you may opt out at any time by declining the Advertising category via the cookie banner or the "Cookies" link in the Site footer, and no such data is shared before you consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@proplnx.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 45 days).
11. International Visitors
The Site is operated from the United States, and analytics data processed by Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., and Metricool Software, S.L. may be stored and processed on servers in the United States and other countries (Metricool is based in the European Union). Where applicable, these providers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers. By accepting cookies, you consent to the processing of your information in the United States.
12. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the Site, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
